Controlled B2B acquisition for boutique agencies
Turn the right market into qualified conversations.
A focused 30-day pilot combining careful account research, human messaging and disciplined follow-up — without an SDR hire, a long retainer or volume theatre.
THE COMMERCIAL GAP
The pilot connects a defined market to a recorded commercial decision — without hiding weak assumptions behind more volume.
The problem usually isn’t effort.
It’s control.
Founder-led agencies often have a credible offer and strong work — but new business still depends on referrals, networking or uneven inbound.
Adding more volume does not fix weak targeting, vague positioning or a sales process that cannot absorb the response.
Referral dependency
Good months arrive through introductions. Quiet months create pressure to accept the wrong work.
Generic prospecting
Large lists and templated copy create activity, but little commercial signal you can trust.
Dashboard theatre
Open rates and send counts look busy. They do not tell you whether the market deserves more investment.
THE INITIAL OFFER
One service. One audience. One controlled motion.
The 30-Day
Pipeline Pilot
One compact engagement to test a defined market, reach the right decision-makers and leave you with an evidence-based next decision.
50% to start. 50% after final launch approval and before the first send.
Same controlled scope. No automatic renewal or hidden managed-service commitment.
Built into the pilot
Enough depth to test the motion. Nothing added for theatre.

THE PROCESS
Four weeks.
Four decisions.
-
01
Week one
Define the commercial thesis.
Clarify the offer, proof, buyer, exclusions, capacity and the precise reason a conversation might be useful.
GATE — APPROVE THE ICP BRIEF -
02
Week two
Build the market and message.
Research accounts and decision-makers, verify the evidence, write the sequence and review every claim.
GATE — APPROVE THE LIST AND COPY -
03
Week three
Launch in controlled batches.
Start small, monitor replies and risk signals, suppress objections immediately and hand positive conversations to your team.
GATE — CONTINUE, ADJUST OR PAUSE -
04
Week four
Turn evidence into a decision.
Complete the approved batches, review the commercial signal and leave you with the assets and a clear next recommendation.
GATE — GO, ADJUST OR STOP
ELIGIBILITY
The pilot works best when your agency already has a credible offer, proof and room for a new client.
I review ten practical factors before accepting the engagement. A hard exclusion means we stop before you spend money.
Designed for a narrow
kind of agency.
Selection is part of the quality control. The pilot works best when the commercial fundamentals are already credible.
- UK B2B agency with 2–20 people
- Founder or MD still close to sales
- Clear service and credible public work
- Projects from £3,000 or retainers from £1,000/month
- Capacity for a new client in the next 30–60 days
- No mature SDR/BDR team
- Lead-generation or appointment-setting agencies
- Low-ticket B2C, local services or generic social media
- Companies demanding guaranteed meetings or sales
- Commission-only or pay-per-meeting arrangements
- Consumer health, finance, insurance or legal campaigns
- No clear offer, proof or capacity to handle a reply
OPERATING PROOF
Each gate requires evidence, an owner and a recorded decision. Module approval alone never becomes campaign approval.
Inspect the system.
Not a promise.
ELOVARNE will not invent authority, inflate a pilot into statistical certainty or publish a client name without permission. Until verified case studies are authorised, the proof is the operating standard.
The wrong client is declined.
Capacity, economics, proof and exclusions are checked before a proposal is accepted.
01Every inclusion needs a reason.
Accounts and contacts carry current evidence, qualification logic and a recorded decision.
02Nothing launches silently.
List, messages, privacy wording, suppression and technical setup each require evidence and approval.
03Every week ends with a decision.
Not a vanity dashboard: what changed, what the evidence suggests and what happens next.
04
Founder-led delivery
Senior attention
is not an upgrade.
ELOVARNE is built and operated by Bruno Silva in Portugal, serving a deliberately limited number of UK boutique agencies.
Bruno handles research design, qualification, messaging, quality control, reply triage and reporting himself. No fabricated track record. No junior handoff.
FIT CHECK
Start with fit.
Not a sales call.
Tell me enough to decide whether the pilot is useful. A booking invitation is only offered after basic eligibility is confirmed.
Start the conversation by email. Share a little context and we can discuss whether a focused pilot is relevant. There is no obligation to proceed.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Questions before
the conversation.
Do you guarantee meetings?
No. ELOVARNE guarantees the contracted work and quality controls, not replies, meetings, attendance, sales or revenue.
Why only email?
The initial pilot deliberately tests one controlled channel. LinkedIn is used for research and validation, but automated LinkedIn outreach is excluded.
Can we test more than one audience?
Not inside the initial pilot. One audience and one offer create a cleaner signal. A second audience requires a separate scope decision.
Who owns the data and infrastructure?
Client campaigns are designed around client ownership or immediate transferability. Domains, mailboxes, workspaces, lists and suppression records are separated by client.
What happens after 30 days?
You receive the assets, evidence and a GO, ADJUST or STOP recommendation. A continuing managed service is proposed only when the pilot justifies it.
A smaller system. A clearer signal.
