Privacy notice

This notice explains how ELOVARNE Pipeline Systems handles website enquiries and limited business contact research for its proposed research and outreach service. Bruno Silva operates the ELOVARNE brand in his own name from Portugal and is responsible for this processing. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@elovarne.pt.

Information we use

If you email us, we may handle your name, email address, agency website, business information you choose to share, and the content of our correspondence. The online fit-check form is currently closed. If it is reopened, it will request business information needed to assess a possible pilot.

For business research, we may record a professional name and role, employer, work contact details, public information about the organisation's services, links to the material reviewed, a short note explaining potential relevance, and the status of any contact or objection. We do not seek private email addresses, consumer profiles or sensitive personal information for this purpose.

We obtain business contact information from company websites, public professional profiles and business contact or enrichment services, including Apollo and Clay where used. We record the source for each prospect and can tell you which source was used for your details. Public availability does not by itself mean that a person expects marketing.

Website and email systems may create technical logs, such as IP address, timestamps and delivery information, to operate and protect the service.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to assess relevance, answer questions and take steps requested before a possible contract. We use limited business research to identify incorporated agencies that may be a relevant fit for our proposed service and, where the applicable rules allow, to make a relevant business introduction. We also keep records needed to handle rights requests, objections and security issues.

For prospect research and relevant business outreach, we rely on legitimate interests only where the contact is relevant and the use is necessary and proportionate after considering its impact. We do not treat public availability as blanket permission. For UK email marketing, we prioritise verified corporate subscribers; we do not email sole traders or certain partnerships unless a valid permission route applies. Where prior consent is required, we will not send without it.

Enquiries do not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or ongoing marketing list. We do not use open or click tracking in our own outbound emails. This website uses no analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential cookies.

Who may process the information

Bruno Silva handles the prospect records in ELOVARNE's internal working files. AMEN provides the website hosting and business email. Apollo and Clay are used for business contact research and enrichment. OpenAI tools (ChatGPT and Codex) may assist with research, reviewing correspondence and drafting; information entered into those tools may be processed by OpenAI under its service terms. We do not sell contact lists or provide prospect lists to advertisers.

Some of these services may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. OpenAI's EEA privacy information describes transfers under applicable adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. Apollo's published data protection terms describe the Data Privacy Framework where it applies and Standard Contractual Clauses where required. Clay's published DPA describes Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum for relevant transfers. AMEN's published DPA describes Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant transfers to non-EEA sub-processors where no adequacy decision applies. How long we keep it

Unprogressed prospect records are reviewed within 90 days and deleted if there is no continuing, documented reason to retain them. Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the discussion, normally no more than 12 months after the last meaningful exchange. Records needed for a specific rights request, dispute or legal obligation are kept for that purpose only.

If you object to marketing, we remove your lead and research notes from active prospecting records and stop marketing contact. We retain only the minimum suppression identifier needed to prevent another approach. Reviews and deletions are performed manually; the website does not run an automatic deletion service. Technical logs follow the relevant hosting and email provider's retention arrangements.

Your choices and rights

You may object to direct marketing at any time. Reply “no thanks” to an email or contact hello@elovarne.pt. We will stop marketing contact and apply the suppression process described above.

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing, and ask where your information came from. You may also request data portability where that right applies. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request.

You may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) and, where the UK GDPR applies, the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Research tools and decisions

Research and enrichment tools may help locate or check professional business information. Bruno reviews the business relevance and decides whether any contact is appropriate. ELOVARNE does not make solely automated decisions about individuals that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Changes and contact
